Our Partners
ISTPCanada engaged potential Canadian partners upon receiving its ‘mandate’ from DFAIT in 2007, seeking organizations with complementary goals, priorities and approaches. This has enabled the organization to accelerate progress against objectives and achieve important initial outcomes. This includes the harmonization of federal and provincial global technology outreach and programming.
As part of building an effective Canada-wide program, ISTPCanada has engaged three provincial governments to date and integrated these regional programs with the national one. This has enabled the delivery of a truly pan-Canadian approach, effectively doubled the funds available for global technology partnerships and increased the presence of ISTPCanada within the regions.
